What is the real story regarding trade with China?

Trump generally makes extreme statements about his ideas for extreme solutions, and I believe it's because he's tapping into anger. The angriest people seem sold on him, and the more people he can convince to get more angry, the more votes he figures he can get. It's no surprise that he has some valid points. But also no surprise that he exaggerates a number of points to make them sound more dire...

Read the article and it seems written from the point of view that the globalized companies, the Fortune 500 say, actually give a rat's ass about what happens to the American worker. And when I hear Trump talk about this issue, I turn him off. He is, as Snave says, playing to the anger in the crowd. I do not believe for one minute he gives a rat's ass about the American worker either.

The though does make the point that China is not the only reason American's have lost their manufacturing base. The physical reasons are varied but the underlying premise is left unsaid. Business follows the path of least resistance. That American businesses are whining about how unfair China is makes me laugh.
