Actually, it means that people who make $50,000 an hour, like Romney, pay taxes at a higher rate than someone who makes $25,000 a year. No guns, no shooting, no other violent, right-wing rhetoric. Fairness is not code for something else. The right speaks in code to hide its true agenda. The left doesn't have to because the American people (according to every single poll) overwhelmingly agree with the liberal idea of tax fairness.
The growing awareness about the extreme income inequality and the very wealthy's grip on our political system indicate that some form of class war is all but inevitable. I am developing a set of ground rules for a possible class war that would guide it in a peaceful and productive direction.
